Delivery process

The order shipping process will start after confirmation of payment for the respective order.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow tracking the order on the carrier's website.

Shipment information may take up to 24 hours, counting from the reception of the shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any liability being attributable to theALMOND.

Delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except for local or national holidays, to the address the customer indicates when placing the order.

Deliveries may occur limited to selected days during the summer period.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to theALMOND and lead to additional costs for the customer; therefore, it is recommended that customers always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is indeed correct and complete.

Once the order has been registered it is not possible to change the billing information provided. The delivery address cannot be changed by theALMOND, however, you can change your address by contacting the carrier, requesting to change it. This request should be made as soon as possible (within the carrier's delivery times).
